Israel Sends Humanitarian Aid to Azerbaijan

Israel has sent humanitarian aid to Azerbaijan. This information was reported by RIA Novosti, referring to Yedioth Ahronoth.

The publication claims that a similar offer was made by Israel to Armenia about two weeks ago, but Yerevan has yet to respond.

RIA Novosti has sent a query to the Israeli Foreign Ministry for a comment, but has not yet received a reply.

It is noted that Azerbaijan requested humanitarian and medical assistance from Israel, which agreed. Last week, medical equipment and essential items (medications, clothing, blankets, and heaters for the homeless) were delivered.

Earlier, the spokesperson for the Armenian Foreign Ministry, Anna Naghdalyan, stated that due to the weapons supplied by Israel to Azerbaijan, Yerevan recalled its ambassador from Israel for consultations.
