There are missing civilian persons: Artsakh Ombudsman
Artsakh Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan presented recent observations and the work of the fact-finding group during a press briefing with journalists. He reported that to date, there have been 37 civilian casualties and at least 118 injured, with one person wounded last night as a result of shelling in the village of Avetaranots.
Beglaryan mentioned that according to his information, there are also missing civilians. 'Approximately 10,500 private properties, including homes, shops, and over 1,500 infrastructure units have been damaged or destroyed, as well as public and industrial facilities, and more than 1,000 movable properties,' stated the Human Rights Defender.
