NSS Urges to Avoid Behaviors to Evade Military Service Through Simulated Illness
The National Security Service (NSS) urges citizens to fulfill their sacred duty to defend the homeland and to demonstrate a conscious sense of military obligation. The NSS calls on individuals to refrain from various tricks, including simulating illness to evade military service obligations or to assist in such unacceptable behavior.
At the same time, the NSS sternly warns that it will continue to take necessary measures within its authority to eliminate similar abuses during illness diagnoses by medical professionals under martial law. This includes identifying individuals whose actions negatively impact the cohesion, combat readiness, military discipline, or operational capability of the army, and applying appropriate legal measures against them.
The NSS reminds that the described criminal act falls under serious crimes, punishable by imprisonment for a term of five to ten years.
