Neutralization of Diversion Groups Continues Until This Moment: Hovhannisyan

This morning, combat operations have resumed. There have been no intense battles in the northern direction up to the center. This was announced by the representative of the Ministry of Defense, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, during a press briefing.

“During the midday, there has been intense artillery fire. In the central direction, from Martuni to the south and from Hadrut to the northern side—near forests and residential areas—today, one diversion reconnaissance group has been neutralized, but battles against diversion groups continue in that area,” added the Ministry of Defense representative.

“In the southern direction, there have also not been very intense battles. The opponent has tried several times to carry out offensive operations in the form of small localized assaults, using different types of equipment. Several attempts have been thwarted and pushed back. In some areas, the enemy has retreated. A few vehicles and armored equipment have been hit,” noted the Ministry of Defense representative.

Artsrun Hovhannisyan stated that the neutralization of diversion groups continues until this moment.
