Lieutenant Colonel Inflicts Heavy Losses on Enemy Forces

The Defense Army has presented our modern heroes who have performed feats on the battlefield and have been honored with awards. Thanks to skilled and organized actions as well as precise calculations, Lieutenant Colonel Alexey Kamo Davtyan has managed to inflict significant losses on enemy forces and has contributed to thwarting their attempts at advancement with targeted artillery fire.

He has been nominated for the Order of the Combat Cross of the 1st degree. In an extremely challenging combat situation, to down individual enemy tanks, junior sergeant Roman Volodya Hakobjanyan, sergeant Henrik Daviti Torosyan, and senior lieutenant Karen Vitali Sahakyan will be awarded the Medal for Courage. Private Zohrap Spartaki Hovhannisyan and Edgar Artemi Mamikonyan, along with junior sergeant Arman Gneli Paravyan, have also been nominated for similar honors for their courageous and coordinated actions resulting in the enemy tank being taken out of action.

For the destruction of artillery battalions and positions, Major Artak Yuri Dadamyan, Captain Zori Armiki Badunts, senior lieutenant Sasun Daviti Asryan, Captain Gevorg Sergeyi Poghosyan, Captain Kamo Slaviki Petrosyan, and senior lieutenant Gaspar Razmiki Ohanyan will be awarded the Medal for Military Service.
