The Enemy is Attempting Attacks Using Armenian Armed Forces Uniforms: Artak Beglaryan

Armenia's Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan has issued a statement highlighting alarming developments.

He noted that reports have emerged from several directions and military personnel indicating that the Azerbaijani armed forces are regularly attempting attacks while wearing Armenian Armed Forces uniforms. What is the purpose behind this?

• Firstly, it is likely that the Azerbaijani side aims to confuse Armenian soldiers and achieve successes by doing so.
• Secondly, they appear to intend to artificially diminish and conceal their own casualties, while simultaneously trying to present these bodies as Armenian soldiers during the exchange of corpses.

According to one eyewitness soldier, for instance, about two weeks ago during an attempted attack in the direction of Mataghis, the Azerbaijani side left approximately 40 bodies dressed in Armenian uniforms and retreated. Given the documented behavior across various directions and time periods, it is not ruled out that the actual number of such casualties may be significantly larger.

Moreover, it is probable that some of them may be mercenary terrorists, considering the lack of anyone coming to claim the bodies of mercenaries. In any case, I am confident that when the time for exchanging corpses comes, it will be possible to professionally substantiate the origins of these bodies.
