Artsakh's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Appeals to ICRC Regarding Videos Involving Defense Army Servicemen

On October 23, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh appealed to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) mission in Stepanakert concerning the publication of videos by Azerbaijani media featuring servicemen of the Artsakh Defense Army and a civilian who were captured by Azerbaijan.

Specifically, the appeal emphasized the need for ICRC representatives to visit the prisoners of war and the hostage in Azerbaijan, as well as to ensure the fulfillment of obligations undertaken by official Baku under international humanitarian law regarding their treatment and conditions of detention.
