Aliyev States Conditions for Halting Hostilities
The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has declared that Azerbaijan is prepared to cease hostilities if the Armenian side stops its fire.
It is noteworthy that the Azerbaijani side has repeatedly attempted to mislead the international community with such statements, creating the impression that it is the Armenian side that is violating the ceasefire regime.
