Human Rights Defender of Artsakh on Material Damages Caused by Azerbaijan

In recent days, Azerbaijan has continued to target civilian settlements in Artsakh, causing both human and material damage. According to our preliminary assessment, over 10,000 houses and apartments have been damaged, along with 1,500 infrastructures and public institutions. Additionally, 1,100 vehicles have been affected, as noted by Artsakh's Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan on his Twitter microblog.
