How Many Times Have You Illegally Extracted 7500 Dram Through the Enforcement Service? A User Alerts

Journalist Gagik Aghbalyan wrote on his Facebook page:

“Dear Administrative Violations Investigation Division of the Yerevan Municipality, you are the most absolute and the most untrustworthy person I have encountered. How many times have you illegally extracted 7500 dram through the Enforcement Service? But the latest incident is the most despicable. I submitted a request to annul the penalty you imposed, and it was accepted for review. You didn't even wait for the conclusion of the court hearing. You sent the case to the Enforcement Service in July, and in August the court granted my claim. After that, you continue to keep my account under seizure.

Why am I writing this during wartime? Because I am sure that you have laid the same traps for those boys who are currently fighting in Artsakh or who have not returned and will not return.

Because my family and I, despite paying a mortgage, have contributed more than double to the foundation, and we have done several other things, like our fellow countrymen, and we will continue to do so because this country is ours and we are responsible for it.

But you, esteemed Administrative Violations Investigation Division, are taking away our work like mice stealing seeds from your warm, sheltered offices. Dismiss not only the complaints regarding this case but also the other two cases. Regardless, I will not pay you that money. I will quadruple it and send it where it should go,” he wrote and attached a document to his post.
