Dear citizens, please organize various forms of assistance in a coordinated manner. I ask you to work with the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia and other relevant bodies. Do not carry out anything in the name of any person, including myself. First, combining our efforts is more effective, and secondly, some individuals misuse our names.
