Congressman Pallone Introduces Resolution to Recognize Independence of Artsakh in U.S. House of Representatives

Frank Pallone, co-chair of the Congressional Armenian Caucus, has introduced a resolution in the U.S. House of Representatives to recognize the independence of the Republic of Artsakh, with the co-authorship of 31 representatives. This was reported by the Armenian National Committee of America.

“Frank Pallone has introduced a strong resolution in the House of Representatives calling for the official recognition of the Republic of Artsakh’s independence,” the publication stated.

“It is very important that the House of Representatives sends a strong message supporting the aspirations of Artsakh and its people, especially on the eve of Secretary Pompeo’s important meetings with the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan,” Pallone said.
