The Total Number of Casualties Approaching 5,000. Putin on the Situation in Artsakh
Since the start of a new phase of military operations in Artsakh, the total number of casualties from both sides is approaching 5,000. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during his speech.
“Today we have a conflict in its worst form,” said Putin. According to him, “at one point it seemed that we would find a solution, but that has not happened.”
