Resident of Mets Masrik Village Severely Wounded by Azerbaijani Shelling Dies in Hospital
The Governor of Gegharkunik Province, Gnel Sanosyan, announced on his Facebook page that a resident of Mets Masrik Village, Robert Yeghiazaryan, born in 1968, who was severely wounded on October 1 due to Azerbaijani shelling, died at Yerevan's Mikaelyan Hospital.
“Doctors fought for days to save the life of this citizen who was injured as a result of targeting peaceful settlements in the Republic of Armenia, but unfortunately, they were unable to save him. This once again underscores Azerbaijan's aggressive and genocidal policies towards the Armenian people, which are rooted in ethnic hatred. The genocidal crimes perpetrated by Azerbaijan, aimed at targeting and annihilating the peaceful population, must be strongly condemned,” wrote Sanosyan.
