Parties Fail to Implement Ceasefire Agreements in Nagorno-Karabakh, Says Peskov
Moscow is doing everything possible to shift the current situation in Nagorno-Karabakh onto a political and diplomatic path. This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, in a conversation with journalists, adding that there is no alternative to a peaceful resolution, as reported by РИА Новости.
“Russia has done and is doing everything it can to put the current situation on the track of political and diplomatic settlement. We remain convinced, as before, that there is no alternative to a peaceful resolution of this issue,” said Dmitry Peskov.
He emphasized that Russia intends to continue to exert all efforts for the peaceful resolution of this conflict in the near future.
According to the press secretary of the Russian President, the Kremlin regrets to note that Armenia and Azerbaijan have yet to adhere to the Moscow agreements reached regarding the issue of Nagorno-Karabakh.
