New South Wales Parliament Officially Recognizes the Independence of the Republic of Artsakh
The office of the Armenian Cause Committee in Australia reports that the Parliament of New South Wales, the largest state in Australia, has officially recognized the independence of the Republic of Artsakh.
It is noted that the Republic of Artsakh was recognized with a vote of 61 in favor and 2 against. The parliamentarians also condemned the attacks carried out by Turkey and Azerbaijan against the Armenian population of Artsakh.
