We All Bear Responsibility for Our Behavior and Actions Before the Public, Says Artsakh President

Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan writes on his Facebook page:

Dear compatriots,

Today, I have convened an expanded working meeting. The current wartime situation suggests that, considering the enemy's ambitions, we must prepare for long-term actions.

I have instructed to form an operational headquarters in Yerevan that will have working groups in the regions of Armenia to address the social issues of families temporarily relocated from Artsakh due to Azerbaijani-Turkish aggression. I urge young people to form volunteer groups to support the work of the headquarters.

Regardless of the circumstances, every Artsakh resident should feel the government's daily attention towards them.

The Defense Army, along with the territorial defense forces, continues to withstand the enemy's offensive actions, inflicting significant losses in manpower and military equipment every day. Both our army and the population clearly understand the difficulties of this war and the challenges of overcoming them in the long term.

Taking this opportunity, I once again call on all conscripted Artsakh residents in the Motherland to return to Artsakh as soon as possible and stand by their brothers and sisters. We all bear responsibility for our behavior and actions before the public.
