Su-34 Bomber Crashes in Khabarovsk
A Su-34 bomber has crashed during a planned flight in the Khabarovsk region. This was reported by the press service of the Eastern Military District (EMD).
"On October 21, during a planned training flight in the Khabarovsk region, a Su-34 aircraft of the Eastern Military District has crashed. The pilots ejected. Their health is not in danger," the press service stated.
According to military officials, the crew members are currently being evacuated to the base airfield. "The flight was conducted without combat equipment. The aircraft fell in a forest-steppe area. There are no damages on the ground," the press service reported.
It was also noted that a commission from the Eastern Military District has been sent to the crash site to determine the causes and circumstances of the incident, as reported by Interfax.
