Martakert at Dawn, Along with Nearby Villages, Once Again Targeted by Enemy: Artsakh Emergency Situations Ministry

Azerbaijan continues to target peaceful settlements in Artsakh. On the night of October 20-21, the ceasefire was relatively maintained in all settlements; however, at dawn, Martakert and its nearby villages once again found themselves in the crosshairs of the enemy.

Just yesterday, Azerbaijan had used aviation in the same direction, bombing civilian infrastructure.

The Azerbaijani armed forces are grossly violating not only the established humanitarian ceasefire but also employing banned weaponry against the civilian population.
