Azerbaijani UAV Attempted to Enter Syunik Region but Was Destroyed

On the previous day, air defense systems were active in Syunik, where an Azerbaijani unmanned aerial vehicle attempted to infiltrate Armenian territory but was destroyed. The matter has concluded with this incident. This is not the first case. Our air defense systems are operating quite effectively, although the adversary has learned lessons and is trying to employ other tactics to achieve their objectives without being hit.

This statement was made by Artak Davtyan, the head of the Defense Industry Committee. According to him, in the Syunik region, the adversary is attempting to conduct reconnaissance to understand the extent of Armenia's support to Artsakh during military operations, as well as pursuing other military objectives, which is why active scouting is taking place.
