All Former Presidents of Armenia and Artsakh Hold Joint Consultation

In addition to the statement released yesterday, I inform you that due to the current concerning situation in Artsakh and Armenia, another consultation has taken place, attended this time by former Presidents of the Republic of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan, Robert Kocharyan, Serzh Sargsyan, as well as former Presidents of the Republic of Artsakh Arkadi Ghukasyan and Bako Sahakyan.
