Aliyev Cancels Interview with German Bild

The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has canceled a previously agreed interview with the German newspaper Bild.

This was reported today by the newspaper's journalist, Paul Ronzheimer, on his Twitter account. “The President of Azerbaijan had agreed to give an interview to Bild about the ongoing war in Nagorno-Karabakh. However, he has now suddenly withdrawn his intention. What questions are you afraid of, Mr. President?” wrote the German journalist, recalling that both the President and the Prime Minister of Armenia have already given interviews to Bild.
