A Volunteer Battalion is Being Formed Under the Leadership of the Artashat Mayor

The Mayor of Artashat, Karen Benyaminian, in response to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's call for volunteers, has announced the formation of a battalion under his leadership.

“Dear fellow citizens, heeding the call of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, a volunteer battalion is being formed under my leadership. For the sacred cause of defending our homeland, we are all obliged to unite and together forge our contemporary victory. Therefore, in these decisive days of our existence, I urge the residents of our community to volunteer for the national struggle. Starting tomorrow at 9:00 AM, you may come to the Artashat City Hall to form the ‘Artashat’ volunteer battalion and join the just struggle. Glory to the Armenian army,” the mayor stated in his announcement.
