“The attempt by Turkish advisors to report to Ankara and Baku on the possible capture of cities and villages by Azerbaijani forces during military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh was a failure for the attacking side in the Zangezur direction, where, as previously announced by Aliyev, the Azerbaijani flag was ceremoniously raised.” This was stated by Russia's military correspondent Yuri Kotenok on his Telegram channel.

It should be noted that Kotenok was injured in Artsakh due to Azerbaijani aggression.
