If We Retreat from This Position to Another Where Defense is More Convenient, It Does Not Mean We Have Lost. A. Hovhannisyan
We have not broken the backbone of the Azerbaijani army with our one successful counter-offensive operation, and there can be no talk of Azerbaijan's capitulation. Similarly, if we retreat from this position to another where it is more suitable to defend, it does not mean we have lost.
This was stated earlier today by Defense Ministry representative Artur Hovhannisyan during a broadcast on Public Television.
