Azerbaijan's Armed Forces Lose Another High-Ranking Officers

Azerbaijan's Armed Forces have lost another set of high-ranking officers. This includes Lieutenant Colonels Ikbar Bayramov and Babek Ramaldanov. Earlier, it was reported that the head of the heavy artillery brigade staff, Lieutenant Colonel Seyid Zaur Huseynoglu Jafarov, was killed in combat operations.
