Zohrab Mnatsakanyan Holds Phone Conversation with Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Reinsalu
On October 18, Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan had a phone conversation with Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Reinsalu. This was reported by the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
While evaluating the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair countries to cease fire, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan deemed the clear failure of Azerbaijan to fulfill the relevant agreements reached with the mediation of Russia and France on October 10 and October 17 unacceptable.
In this context, Minister Mnatsakanyan also expressed his deep concern regarding Turkey's negative involvement in the processes occurring in the region, emphasizing that its destabilizing actions will have disastrous consequences for regional peace and stability.
Both interlocutors emphasized the necessity of adhering to the agreements reached concerning the ceasefire. Minister Mnatsakanyan reaffirmed Armenia's position on the need for a stable and verifiable ceasefire regime.
