Turkey and Azerbaijan Attempt to Incite Conflicts in Third Countries

The Office of the Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs has issued a statement, which reads: "Dear compatriots living in the diaspora, from the very first day of the war unleashed by the Turkish-Azerbaijani tandem against Artsakh, each of you has stood by the homeland and continues to contribute in various ways to our collective victory. Our national unity naturally frightens and weakens the adversary.

This is not the first instance where the enemy, Turkey and Azerbaijan, having failed on the real battlefield, attempts to incite conflicts in the territories of third states. This tactic is well-known to us since the escalation of hostilities at the borders last July. The enemy intends to use such provocations on a larger scale this time in several diaspora communities.

There are already reports that the Turkish-Azerbaijani genocidal alliance plans to carry out violent actions against Armenian major communities in various countries and present them as being perpetrated by "Armenians." In anticipation of aggressive responses, Azerbaijan and Turkey plan to incite disturbances in the Armenian communities and portray Armenians as "terrorists." Dear compatriots, the enemy's treacherous tactics are not new to us. That is why, in the case of Turkish-Azerbaijani provocations, we call for caution and restraint, to not fall for these provocations and not to take retaliatory actions; in case of any information regarding such matters, please contact the law enforcement agencies in your countries of residence. Together, united and vigilant, we will prevail!"
