One Citizen Killed and Another Wounded in Martuni Shelling, Says Artsakh Ombudsman
According to verified information from the Office of the Human Rights Defender, on October 17, a 65-year-old Vladimir Mirzoyan was killed due to shelling of the city of Martuni by Azerbaijan, while a 42-year-old Gevorg Vardanyan sustained bodily injuries.
