The Armenian Defense Army Destroys Israeli Sandcat Armored Vehicle Within Azerbaijani Armed Forces

The Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh has destroyed an Israeli-manufactured Sandcat armored vehicle participating in combat operations within the Azerbaijani Armed Forces.

According to a report by Armenpress, this was announced by Shushan Stepanyan, the spokesperson for the Armenian Minister of Defense, on her Telegram page, where she also shared a photograph of the armored vehicle.

“Important note: Armenian military experts have observed the destruction of the Israeli Sandcat armored vehicle in the footage. We confirm the accuracy of this statement,” wrote Stepanyan.

Previously, the Ministry of Defense had released a video showing the damage to a column of Azerbaijani Armed Forces. Towards the end of the video, it can be seen how the Israeli-produced Sandcat is hit by precise gunfire, causing a soldier standing next to the vehicle to be thrown back by the shockwave while trying to flee.

It has become known that during the extensive war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh, in which Turkey and mercenaries brought from Syria and Libya are also supporting Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces have been utilizing Israeli-made missiles and drones, as well as Turkish aerial assets.
