MP Sasun Mikayelyan Injured in Artsakh

Auroranews sources report that the President of the Union of Armenian Volunteers and MP Sasun Mikayelyan has been injured. Vahagn Aleksanyan, coordinator of public relations for the Civil Contract party, told us in an interview that Mr. Mikayelyan is currently undergoing surgery and that his life is not in danger.

It is noted that he sustained injuries to his back and leg, with shrapnel wounds; his condition is assessed as stable.
