“Every day in the city, I meet boys and, surprisingly, girls who simply ask me to draft them. They didn’t serve for various reasons in the past—health, family, legal issues, or because they were defending academic theses—but now they desperately want to serve, while the law does not allow it. They are being rejected and they keep asking me each time how we can go to the front, how we can learn to hold weapons. After all of this, we cannot help but win, and we will win,” Hovhannisyan concluded.
