Dear citizens, on October 16 at 22:35, an air alarm was declared in the city of Kapan by the Air Defense of the Syunik region. The Crisis Management Center of the Syunik Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations activated the alert system in Kapan, and the population was sheltered accordingly.

At 23:25, the Air Defense announced the end of the air alarm.
