Alexander Ivanovich Harutyunyan Posthumously Awarded the Title of 'Hero of Artsakh'

The spokesperson for the President of the Artsakh Republic, Vahram Poghosyan, announced on his Facebook page that, for his exceptional services rendered to the Republic of Artsakh in the defense and security of the homeland, as well as his displayed courage and personal bravery, the commander Arayik Harutyunyan has awarded the title of 'Hero of Artsakh' posthumously to freedom fighter Alexander Ivanovich Harutyunyan.
