No Heights or Positions Captured by the Enemy in the Northern Direction Today: Artsrun Hovhannisyan
This morning, the Azerbaijani armed forces launched a large-scale offensive in both the north and south after a prolonged artillery bombardment and preparation, during which air assault methods such as drones, missiles, and air power were also employed. This was stated by the Ministry of Defense representative Artsrun Hovhannisyan during a press conference.
“After at least two fierce assaults, our armed forces have managed to push back representatives of the Azerbaijani armed forces, terrorists, and other groups in the northern direction, who have failed to capture any heights or positions,” he noted.
According to Hovhannisyan, heavy fighting has continued throughout the day in the southern direction. “In certain areas, our troops have conducted regroupings. As of now, difficult and heavy battles are ongoing, especially in the southern direction,” he added, noting that Azerbaijani air forces have also conducted specific flights during the day, and while combat strikes were delivered, we managed to neutralize some aerial vehicles that have yet to be identified, which will be presented later.
