Azerbaijani Prisoner of War Provided with Appropriate Medical Care in Artsakh
Azerbaijani prisoner of war Yulsiyv Nuradin Bakhtiyarloglu has been provided with appropriate medical care in Artsakh. The Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, stated in an interview with "Armenpress" that humanitarian medical assistance and treatment are provided to prisoners of war as necessary.
"He is receiving care and humanitarian treatment in accordance with humanitarian rules, international law, and our domestic legislation. He has been operated on as needed, and not only him but others have also received appropriate medical attention and continue to do so," said Beglaryan.
The name of the operated prisoner of war from Artsakh is Yulsiyv Nuradin Bakhtiyarloglu. The prisoner of war has been in the hospital for 10 days and is receiving appropriate medical care.
