Artsakh National Assembly President Meets with Russian State Duma Deputy Milonov

The President of the Artsakh National Assembly, Artur Tovmasyan, has met with Vitaly Milonov, a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and a member of the "United Russia" faction.

During the meeting, they discussed the situation in the region following the war unleashed by Azerbaijan on September 27, supported by Turkey and featuring the involvement of Islamist mercenaries.
