1465 New COVID-19 Cases Registered in Armenia

As of October 16, a total of 1465 new COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in Armenia. The total number of infected individuals has reached 61,460. A total of 422 people have recovered from the virus, while 13,919 are currently undergoing treatment.

Since the outbreak of the disease, a total of 47,541 individuals have recovered in Armenia. Additionally, there have been 10 more recorded deaths due to the coronavirus, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1056. The number of deaths recorded for other reasons has reached 314.

Overall, 340,116 citizens have been tested, with 4005 tests conducted in the past day.
