We Absolutely Deny the Product of Azerbaijan's Special Services' Sick Imagination: NSS

The National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia considers the statement by Azerbaijan's State Security Service regarding alleged preparations by Armenian special services for actions in major Azerbaijani cities to be nonsense.

On the NSS's Facebook page, it reads: “We absolutely deny the product of Azerbaijan’s special services’ sick imagination. Such absurd statements do not require commentary; however, we dare to suggest that the loss of control over jihadist terrorists, extremist terrorist groups, and their accomplices imported into Azerbaijan in industrial volumes by Baku's military-political leadership leaves the official Baku with no other option than to attribute highly predictable negative developments to Armenia in advance.”

The National Security Service once again declares with full responsibility that the Republic of Armenia has never targeted the peaceful population of Azerbaijan, unlike our adversaries, who just hours ago vented their frustrations over military failures on unarmed Armenian prisoners of war. We are convinced that this terrorist act, as well as the continuous acts of terrorism carried out by Azerbaijan, including targeting the peaceful population, children, hospitals, civilian facilities, and even strikes against churches, will deserve the strictest international condemnation.

Armenia is a responsible participant in international relations, and its special services today are compelled to fight for a region free from international terrorism, for peace, and for the security of our citizens.
