Necessary Hotlines Under Martial Law

The Armenian Unified Information Center has presented the necessary hotlines under martial law:

  • To provide and receive social support during martial law, call 117 or 114.
  • For health issues, including coronavirus symptoms, visit the nearest polyclinic to your temporary residence or call the hotline 8003.
  • To obtain information about military personnel or volunteers, contact the Ministry of Defense hotline at 1 28, 8501, 8503.
  • A hotline offering free online psychological assistance to participants of combat operations, their families, and affected citizens is available at 060 834 777.
  • Cash pensions and state benefits for individuals registered in the Republic of Artsakh will be disbursed in Armenia starting from October 9. Visit the branch of Haypost serving the pensioner or benefit recipient’s actual residence for assistance.
  • For detailed information, you can call the hotline at 114 or Haypost at 010 514514.
  • For inquiries regarding entry-exit and movement between Armenia and Artsakh, call +37447 95 42 29 or +37447 94 45 29.
  • Citizens arriving from Artsakh without documents can approach the nearest territorial passport division or the Passport and Visa Department (OVIR).
  • Children can receive education at the nearest school to their temporary residence without the need to present documents.
  • A working commission has been established to respond rapidly to questions concerning military personnel in combat zones, operating in the area of the RA Ministry of Defense Aviation University, located at 89 Arshakunyats Avenue, Yerevan. Phone: +374 10 448425.
  • For inquiries regarding the health status of injured soldiers, contact +374 10 660054.
