I Believe We Will Win: Defense Ministry Representative
Arzroun Hovhannisyan, a representative of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, is confident that the Armenian side will prevail in the large-scale war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh. Hovhannisyan made this statement during a press conference held on October 15.
“In these days, we are losing our dear friends, defending our land with their blood. I believe we will win,” said Hovhannisyan.
