Deployment of Peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh Possible Only with Armenia and Azerbaijan's Agreement, Peskov
The deployment of peacekeepers or observers in Nagorno-Karabakh is possible only if there is an agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman for the President of Russia.
Earlier, Stanislav Zas, the Secretary General of the CSTO, noted that the organization is actively discussing the implementation of a peacekeeping mission in Nagorno-Karabakh.
