Azerbaijani Armed Forces Shell Stepanakert
Azerbaijani armed forces are shelling Stepanakert, reports the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh.
Azerbaijan has once again violated the agreement reached in Moscow regarding a ceasefire for humanitarian purposes. Just minutes ago, Stepanakert was shelled. The targets include civilian infrastructure.
Fortunately, there are no casualties or injuries reported.
