Azerbaijan Continues to Torpedo Ceasefire Implementation
“Five days after the joint statement in Moscow on October 10 regarding the cessation of fire, Azerbaijan continues to torpedo its implementation. With the direct support and involvement of Turkey and terrorist fighters, Azerbaijan continues its large-scale war against Artsakh,” wrote Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan on Twitter.
