Appointments of General-Major for Harutyunyan and Budaghyan, General-Colonel for Gasparyan: Prime Minister's Proposals

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has submitted a proposal to the President of the Republic to bestow the military rank of General-Major upon Colonel Arayik Harutyunyan, Commander of the 2nd Army Corps of the RA Armed Forces, and Colonel Artak Budaghyan, Commander of the 4th Army Corps of the RA Armed Forces, as well as to grant the rank of General-Colonel to Lieutenant-General Onik Gasparyan, Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces.
