The adversary, continuing to violate the humanitarian ceasefire, has this time targeted one of the hospitals located in the northeastern direction, where civilians are also receiving treatment. This is a gross violation of the norms and principles of international humanitarian law and customary law, which prohibit targeting hospitals and places where the wounded are kept.

This is already an overt war crime, and the full responsibility for its consequences falls on the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan.
