Recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh's Independence is a Key Guarantee for Security: Mnatsakanyan

The negotiations held in Moscow regarding the issue of Nagorno-Karabakh have confirmed the unchangeability of the negotiating format, but this does not mean that Nagorno-Karabakh is excluded from the discussions, stated Armenia's Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan in an interview with RBK.

Mnatsakanyan also addressed the recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh's independence by the international community, emphasizing that such a step is a crucial guarantee for the security of Artsakh. The Chief Diplomat of Armenia also reminded about Turkey's unconstructive policies.
