I don’t think all opportunities for negotiation and peaceful settlement are exhausted. This was stated by Tigran Abrahamyan, the head of the Analytical Center "Henaket" and former advisor on security issues to the President of Artsakh, on his Facebook page.

“If the provisions put on the negotiating table contradict our interests, it does not mean that we should not continue our persistent efforts to advance our vital interests. We must do everything possible to bring the process into our sphere of interests and to take it to a favorable endpoint for us,” he wrote.
