Armenian Official Questions Azerbaijan's Understanding of Border Delimitation
“Are there issues with geography in Azerbaijan? It seems they do not fully understand the delimitation of the territories of Artsakh and Armenia,” stated the spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, in a recent post.
