1058 New Cases of Coronavirus and 7 Deaths Registered in Armenia

As of October 14, at 11:00 AM, a total of 58,624 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Armenia, of which 46,713 have recovered, and 1,039 have resulted in death. Currently, 10,561 patients are receiving treatment for the viral infection. In total, 332,154 tests have been conducted.

Yesterday, 2,877 tests were carried out, resulting in 1,058 new cases of the coronavirus. We have 395 recoveries.

Regarding the deaths, the Ministry of Health reported that the patients were aged 57 (male), 62 (male), 70 (female), 82 (female), 56 (male), 68 (male), and 47 (male). All but the last patient had pre-existing chronic conditions.

The previous day, there were 3 death cases where patients had contracted the coronavirus; however, the death was attributed to other underlying conditions. The total number of such cases is 311.
